MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST

We are sad to see you go, but we are happy to have been a part of your fitness journey. Remember that we are always here for you. Please read the cancellation instructions carefully.

Class Plan month to month contract: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle.

12 month/24 month contract: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle. Refer back to your signed membership contract for details on early cancellation fees ($300). If you need us to send you another copy of your signed contract, please request it by checking the “yes” box below.

10/20 Class Pack Contract: Cancellation request of the “automatic renewal” must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the expiration date of the pack.

*There are no retroactive refunds on services purchased.
