Programming: June 8th - June 14th
MONDAY – STRONG FROM THE START
FOCUS: FULL BODY, CORE & STRENGTH
- Start the week with a full-body workout designed to build confidence and momentum. You'll challenge your strength, engage your core, and finish with a feel-good conditioning piece that rewards steady effort and consistency.
TUESDAY – BALANCE & BURN
FOCUS: BICEPS, BALANCE & AGILITY
- Strength meets athleticism in this fun and energizing session. Expect upper-body work paired with movement that challenges coordination, stability, and body control. A great day to move well and feel strong.
WEDNESDAY – PUSH WITH PURPOSE
FOCUS: CHEST, TRICEPS & CORE
- A classic upper-body strength day focused on pressing power and core engagement. You'll build strength, improve muscular endurance, and leave feeling empowered from start to finish.
THURSDAY – BUILT TO MOVE
FOCUS: LOWER BODY PUSH, GLUTES & CALVES
- Lower body strength takes center stage today. Expect strong glute and leg-focused work paired with athletic movement that keeps the energy high. This workout is all about feeling powerful, capable, and confident.
FRIDAY – POWER & POSTURE
FOCUS: TRAPS, SHOULDERS & CORE
- Strengthen the muscles that help you stand tall and move with confidence. This workout combines explosive power, shoulder strength, and core stability for a session that feels both athletic and empowering.
SATURDAY – STRONGER TOGETHER
FOCUS: FULL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
- A fun full-body challenge that brings together strength, teamwork, and effort. You'll move through a variety of movements that keep things interesting while building total-body fitness. The perfect way to finish the week feeling accomplished and energized.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY!
1. SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST VISIT
During this first visit, we will show you around our amazing facility, introduce you to some of our expert coaching staff, and work one-on-one with you to narrow down your exact health & fitness goals; giving you the perfect game plan for a healthy life!
2. START YOUR TRAINING
Now that you have defined your goals with help from one of our amazing coaches. We will start by taking you through the fundamentals of training and help implement sound habits throughout all areas of your life, allowing you to start on the road to success!
3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS
Once you have the basics down, you’ll attend fun but challenging classes while being supported by our team of expert coaches, and surrounded by an amazing community people who are here to help you finally reach your goals!
