"Train for Life” Programming: July 7 – July 12
MONDAY – Core & Quads Control Burn
FOCUS: Core, Quads, Lower Body
- Lower body burn through volume and control, paired with challenging core work. Build strong legs, improve stability, and strengthen the spine for better movement inside and outside the gym.
TUESDAY – Shoulder Stability & Power Pulls
FOCUS: Shoulders, Mobility, Upper Body Power
- Strengthen shoulder stability and overhead control while building pulling power. Improve posture, joint health, and confidence in dynamic upper body movements.
WEDNESDAY – Chest & Glute Strength Drive
FOCUS: Chest, Glutes, Core
- Develop explosive chest and glute power with full range strength work and strong activation. Support posture and build balanced power through the upper and lower body.
THURSDAY – Arm & Calf Endurance Builder
FOCUS: Biceps, Calves, Upper Body Endurance
- Boost arm and calf endurance with focused, time-under-tension sets. Prioritize control and efficiency for stronger, more defined limbs.
FRIDAY – Triceps & Balance Core Control
FOCUS: Triceps, Core, Lower Body Balance
- Emphasize triceps strength and core stability while challenging balance. Improve joint integrity and full-body control to finish the week strong.
SATURDAY – Posterior Chain Power Session
FOCUS: Hamstrings, Traps, Posterior Chain
- Build powerful hip drive and explosive strength through the hamstrings and traps. Strengthen the backside and improve overall athletic performance.
SUNDAY – Recharge & Refocus
FOCUS: Rest / Active Recovery

GETTING STARTED IS EASY!
1. SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST VISIT
During this first visit, we will show you around our amazing facility, introduce you to some of our expert coaching staff, and work one-on-one with you to narrow down your exact health & fitness goals; giving you the perfect game plan for a healthy life!
2. START YOUR TRAINING
Now that you have defined your goals with help from one of our amazing coaches. We will start by taking you through the fundamentals of training and help implement sound habits throughout all areas of your life, allowing you to start on the road to success!
3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS
Once you have the basics down, you’ll attend fun but challenging classes while being supported by our team of expert coaches, and surrounded by an amazing community people who are here to help you finally reach your goals!
